I had asked artists and DJs to vote online for which classes they’d like to attend and be in the draw to win a FREE in-person group class & workshop at Matter Of Time studios in Shoreditch.
THE TOP TWO CLASSES that people needed help with are:

APRIL CLASS
Monday 28th April
Break down of strategic and effective content creation. Understanding hooks, algorithms and what it means to “market”. Learn how to think strategically to create videos and infographics that captures attention and retains curiosity.This is a perfect class for those who already know how to use design and editing tools but want to take it to the next level on designing for strategic purposes.

Tuesday 13th May
Cover topics of self-promotion, understanding social media functions and how to create personalised and authentic content. Learn how to review a content calendar, brainstorm ideas for your own profile and use effective CTA (call to actions).This is a perfect class for those who don’t know how to talk about themselves, promote their work and turn content into creative ideas.

JUNE CLASS
Monday 30th June
Cover discussions and ideas on how to define who you are as an artist, find your authenticity and USP (unique selling points) in writing. Then use what you have come up with and draft your own EPK design (electronic press kits) for instant feedback. This is a perfect class for those who never gas themselves up, are stuck on ideas of how to present yourself as an artist in both writing and design.

JULY CLASS
Monday 14th July
Cover the no-frills step by step & advice to create a launch campaign, promote your work, navigate digital marketing and learn story-telling approach. This will be a jam pack session to take note and ask questions directly about marketing. Learn from other artists and producers in the room.This is a perfect class for those looking to gain more exposure before, during and after the launch.
